By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• you make your own investment decisions independently
• you understand financial markets involve risk

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

MomentumLab operates on a subscription basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the billing period

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

The platform provides model-generated outputs based on historical and current data.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy or completeness of data
• future performance of any model
• availability or uninterrupted access

Any performance data shown, including backtests:

• are hypothetical
• may include survivorship bias
• do not reflect real trading conditions
• do not include transaction costs or taxes

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer or exploit the system
• use the platform unlawfully

All content, software, and model outputs are owned by MomentumLab. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

MomentumLab is not liable for:

• errors or interruptions in the service

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
